Nicholas Goodman has extensive experience in technical services and product operations, currently serving as a Specialist in Technical Services at Hunter Industries Australia and as a Contractor at InteractSport since June 2022. Prior to these roles, Nicholas worked as a Product Operations Manager at Sportradar and InteractSport, focusing on ensuring products meet and exceed customer expectations from June 2021 to July 2022 and January 2019 to June 2021, respectively. Nicholas also managed digital assets and products as an ITC Manager at Netball Australia from February 2013 to December 2018 and held the same position at Netball Victoria from April 2009 to February 2013. Earlier experience includes a Senior Analyst role at Pacsoft, overseeing software deployments and hardware installations, as well as a Customer Service Manager position at Rainbird Australia. Nicholas is an alumnus of Camberwell Grammar.
