Ryan Dortch is an experienced soccer coach and administrator with a strong background in youth soccer development. Since April 2016, Ryan has served as the Girls Director of Coaching at Pacific Northwest Soccer Club, overseeing programs for GU12 to GU19 teams, including ECNL and RCL teams. Ryan has also held various coaching roles within the organization, including Director of Coaching for Girls RCL and overseeing the recreation programming in Federal Way. Additional coaching experience includes roles with Washington Youth Soccer, where Ryan was the EPD Head Coach leading teams to finals, and positions with Eastside Youth Soccer Association, Eastside FC, Seattle Wolves, Manchester United Soccer Schools, and Colorado Rush. Ryan earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Western Washington University and graduated from Issaquah High School.
