Nora Garcia has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Nora started their career as a Restaurant Crew Member at Chipotle Mexican Grill in 2017. Nora then worked as a Coca-Cola Brand Ambassador at WOM Staff before moving on to an internship as a Recruiting Intern at Aerotek in 2018. In the same year, they also worked as a Sales Associate at Tommy Hilfiger.

From 2017 to 2020, Nora held various leadership roles at the Latino Business Association of CSUN, including Vice President of Membership, Vice President, and Director of Recruitment.

In 2019, Nora took on the role of Executive Store Intern at Target. Following this, they worked as a Sales Development Representative at Fastenal Company from 2020 to 2021.

Currently, Nora is employed at Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc., where they have held multiple positions. Nora started as a Recruitment Coordinator in 2021, then became a Recruiter in 2021 before being promoted to Recruiting Team Lead in 2022.

Nora Garcia earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from California State University, Northridge, completing their studies from 2016 to 2020.
