Ines Cilar is a Senior Talent Delivery Specialist at Intellias since March 2023, previously holding the role of Talent Delivery Specialist. Prior to Intellias, Ines worked as a Recruiter for Project 3 Mobility from December 2022 to February 2023 and served as a Recruiter and Sourcer at Google Cloud from August 2021 to November 2022, where involvement included hiring for Sales Engineering Teams and managing talent acquisition for senior-level pre-sales, sales, and post-sales professionals. Earlier experience includes a Sales Recruiter position at The Adecco Group, a Legal Recruiter role at Kanoff Legal, and a Robert Schuman trainee at the European Parliament. Ines holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of Zagreb and completed an Erasmus+ Master program in Law at KU Leuven.
