Ryan McNamara has extensive experience in the medical device industry, particularly in roles related to technical solutions and program development. Ryan is currently the Director of Applications Engineering at Integer Holdings Corporation, where they have been since February 2020. Prior to this, they held the position of Technical Solutions Director at the same company from February 2012 to January 2020. From 2009 to 2012, Ryan worked at Lake Region Medical as a Technical Director and Senior Technical Solutions Representative. Before that, they were a Program Development Manager at Fraen Corporation from September 2005 to December 2008. Ryan's career began at GI Plastek in 1996, where they held various roles including Program Development & Client Relations Manager, Technical Sales Manager, and Sales Engineer until September 2005.

Ryan McNamara obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Plastics Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 1993 to 1997. Ryan then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School, completing their studies from 2009 to 2012.
