Elaine Szeto is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in financial services and technology. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President, Chief Innovation Officer, and Founder at Integro Bank since January 2021, Elaine focuses on providing advanced financial technology tools to enhance client services. Prior roles include Principal at ECS Advisory LLC, Chief Product Officer at Western Alliance Bancorporation, National Director of Digital Banking and Treasury Management at Mutual of Omaha Bank, and Senior Vice President at PNC Financial Services. Elaine has contributed to diverse initiatives as a board member for organizations such as the Florida Diversity Council, Fort Lauderdale Museum of Art, and The Commonwealth Institute South Florida. Elaine holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, an Executive Leadership Program certification in Global Treasury Management from the University of North Carolina, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Finance from Case Western Reserve University.
