Lucian Koh currently serves as the Head of Innovation & Strategic Partnerships at the Action Community for Entrepreneurship (ACE), where Lucian leads initiatives supporting Singapore's startup ecosystem. Lucian has a long-standing career with the Singapore Armed Forces, holding the title of Commissioned Officer since June 1998, and has contributed to various organizations, including serving as Managing Director and Founder of Singapore Success Stories and as a member of the Executive Committee for International Affairs at the Shaolin Hong Quan Sports Association. Additional leadership roles include Area Director for Toastmasters International, Head of International Businesses at the Management Development Institute of Singapore, Senior Assistant Director at the Supreme Court of Singapore's Judiciary College, Director of Executive Development at Singapore Management University, and Director of Global Strategic Partnerships at Education International Cooperation Group. Lucian holds a Bachelor of Engineering with honors in Civil Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
