Colleen Cox's work experience begins in 2014 as a Restaurant Manager at Good Stuff Restaurant, where they also served as a Manager. In 2016, they transitioned to becoming a Virtual Assistant + Strategist until 2018. From 2018 to the present, they have been working as a Product Support Analyst at Integrated Data Services, Inc.

Colleen Cox completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Biola University from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they pursued Early Childhood Education and Teaching at California State University, Fullerton from 2006 to 2008, although they did not obtain a degree in this field. In addition to their formal education, Colleen Cox has obtained certifications as a Certified Life Coach from Lumia - Life Coach Training & Community in June 2020 and as a Certified CCaR Administrator from Integrated Data Services, Inc. in July 2018.
