Haxhi Osmani has diverse work experience in the customer service and data management fields. In 2018, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Kujtesa until June 2019. In June 2019, they joined Radix as a Customer Success Specialist, where they were responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction until August 2021. Later in September 2021, they became a Data Integrity Manager at Radix, where they currently hold the position.
Haxhi Osmani obtained their Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Prishtina. Haxhi attended the university from 2013 to 2017.
