Pansy Romo has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Pansy currently holds the position of Vice President of Construction at Intech Mechanical Company LLC since March 2021. Previously, from 2017 to 2021, they worked at DPR Construction as an MEP Coordinator, where they supported project teams in constructibility reviews and managed project risk and cost management efforts.
Prior to that, Pansy Romo served as a Senior Project Manager at Intech Mechanical Company LLC from 2015 to 2017. In this role, they had general oversight of all aspects of projects, from initial design to project turnover.
From 2003 to 2015, Pansy Romo held various positions at Air Systems Service & Construction. Pansy started as a Project Coordinator and progressed to roles such as Senior Project Coordinator, Project Manager, and finally, Vice President of Operations. In these positions, they provided financial oversight for major construction projects, led teams of project managers and support staff, and managed all aspects of projects from design development to project turnover.
Pansy Romo began their career as a Project Manager at River City Fire Equipment Co in 2002. In this role, they designed, estimated, and managed the installation of fire suppression systems.
With their extensive experience in construction management, project oversight, and leadership, Pansy Romo has established herself as a valuable asset in the field.
Pansy Romo, LEED AP, attended Sacramento City College from 1994 to 1996, studying Business Administration and Management, but did not earn a degree. Pansy later obtained a Construction Management Certificate from UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education. In addition to their formal education, Pansy holds several certifications including Cal OSHA 10-Hour Construction, C2 Signs Signals and Barricades, C2 Work Zone Traffic Control, Acceptance Test Certification Provider, and MCAA Institute for Project Management.
