Jean "JC" Curtis is an experienced professional in corporate compliance and customer service, currently serving as Corporate Compliance Manager at RB Global Inc. since April 2023. Prior to this role, JC has been with IAA since June 2016, initially as Customer Service Supervisor before advancing to IAA Corporate Compliance Manager. Earlier in JC's career, a position as Customer Service Supervisor at Verizon Wireless from December 2003 to March 2008 provided a strong foundation in customer relations.
