Barry Hayman is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and strategic planning. Currently serving as the Manager Finance Business Partners at GNS Science since August 2019, Barry leads a team that provides financial support to various managerial levels. Prior to this role, Barry held several key positions, including Manager Business Reporting, Analysis & Performance at Wellington City Council and Acting Manager Organisational Performance at the Department of Internal Affairs. Barry's career also includes significant leadership roles at the Charities Commission as General Manager Corporate and at the Foundation for Research, Science and Technology as Manager, Finance and Assurance. Education includes a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Otago.
