Raynor de Best began their education at RSG Hoeksche Waard, where they completed their Gymnasium studies from 2001 to 2007. Raynor then attended Leiden University, where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in History from 2007 to 2010. Following this, Raynor pursued a Tweedegraads Docent Geschiedenis (Second Degree Teacher of History) at Leiden University from 2009 to 2010. Later, they completed their Master of Arts in History, specializing in Political Cultures and National Identies (PCNI), at Leiden University from 2010 to 2011. Raynor de Best also obtained various certifications, including a Qualified Teacher Status from the Department for Education in March 2015, a Health Insurance Agent License from the Ministerie van Financiën in October 2015, and a Master of Arts degree, Tweedegraads Docent Geschiedenis, and Bachelor of Arts degree from Leiden University in 2012, 2010, and 2010, respectively.
