Saydee Pojas has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. They started their career at Maui Divers of Hawaii as a Lead Salesperson, responsible for supervising small teams and creating personnel schedules. In 2010, Saydee joined the Institute for Native Pacific Education and Culture (INPEACE), where they held multiple positions, including 'Ohana Advocate, Community Recruiter, and Program Director. In these roles, they developed and delivered parent curriculum, recruited families for early childhood education programs, managed grants, and oversaw various programs and initiatives. Additionally, Saydee worked as a Financial Literacy Trainer at EFFECTIVE PLANNING AND INNOVATIVE COMMUNICATION (EPIC), INC. in 2020 and as a Financial Education Instructor/Personal Finance Speaker at the National Financial Educators Council starting in 2013.

Saydee Pojas has a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Organizational Change from Hawaii Pacific University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Chapman University. In addition to their educational qualifications, Saydee Pojas holds several certifications including Certified Financial Social Work Coach, Behavioral Finance Certified Educator, Psychology of Money Certified Educator, Making the Most of Outlook, Financial Capability Certification, Innovation Engineering Blue Belt Certification, and Certified Financial Education Instructor.
