Jay Canaday has experience working as the Director of Operations at British Swim School since September 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Regional Director of Operations at Liberty Tax from October 2010 to September 2019.

Jay Canaday holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Regent University and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Old Dominion University. Jay has also obtained certifications including Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) from CFE and Franchise Management Bootcamp from the University of Louisville.
