Franchesca Ali, MSW, has extensive experience in the field of social work, contributing to various organizations since 2012. Currently, Franchesca serves as a Clinical Family and Child Therapist at the Institute for Child & Family Health, Inc. since November 2019, after working as a Social Worker in Therapeutic Family Foster Care at Catholic Guardian Services. Previous roles include Care Coordinator for Family Intensive Treatment Team at WestCare Foundation and Master of Social Work Student Intern at Jackson Behavioral Health Hospital. Franchesca also volunteered as a Support Liaison for the State of Florida Guardian ad Litem Program, documenting child needs and contributing to court hearings. Other notable experiences include a Dance Instructor at Boys and Girls Clubs of America and an Engagement Assistant at Miami Dade College.
