Ana Belen Avalos is an experienced professional in human resources and people development with a robust background across various esteemed organizations. Currently serving as the People Development Coordinator at the Institut Català de Nanociència i Nanotecnologia (ICN2) since July 2019, Ana specializes in selection, training, and development. Previously, Ana held the position of HR Business Partner at Kern Pharma from November 2016 to July 2019, focusing on operations.
