Jason McGrath's work experience begins in 2020 when they worked as a Sales Coordinator at Summit Funding, Inc. Jason then moved on to work as a Bartender at Joe's Brewery from April 2020 to May 2021. In 2021, Jason joined G2 as a Sales Development Representative, and later transitioned to the role of Enterprise Business Development Representative from February 2022 to July 2023. Currently, they are employed at Instawork as a Senior Sales Development Representative starting from July 2023.

Jason McGrath earned a Bachelor's degree in Consumer Economics and Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, graduating in 2021.
