Raam Kasinathan has a diverse work experience. In 2020, they were a Development Engineer at Instagrid. From 2018 to 2020, they were a Development and Testing Engineer at Riva GmbH Engineering, where they were involved in the development of energy systems using Lithium-Ion Batteries. Raam was responsible for purchasing test equipment and selecting parts, chemistries, and suppliers for battery-related projects. Raam also validated test results and generated data for BMS implementation. In 2017, they completed a Master Thesis at ZSW Labor Für Batterietechnologie on the Influence of Binder Nature on the Electrochemical Performance of Silicon-based Anode. In 2016, they completed a Research Internship at Forschungszentrum Jülich.

Raam Kasinathan has a diverse educational background. Raam began their formal education in 2007 at Town Higher Secondary School, where they completed their Secondary Schooling in Science. Raam then attended Anna University from 2009 to 2013 and earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Mechanical Engineering. In 2014, they began their Master of Science (MS) in Energy Science and Technology at Ulm University, which they completed in 2017. In addition, they have obtained numerous certifications from various institutions, including Udemy, SCSI Schulungscenter GmbH, National Instruments, Eurotherm by Schneider Electric, ZAHNER Scientific Instruments, Fluke Corporation, Coursera Verified Certificates, and CADD Centre Training Services Pvt Ltd.
