Zack Wepfer is currently the Executive Recruitment Director at Inspire Brands, leading recruitment efforts for a vast portfolio that includes Arby’s, Baskin Robbins, and Dunkin, among others. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition for Latin America at The Coca-Cola Company, where Zack played a key role in building a talent acquisition team, driving strategic recruitment initiatives, and implementing innovative technology solutions. Zack has also held various positions in talent acquisition and business development at Robert Half Technology and Tourico Holidays, alongside earlier roles in education and crisis response at the Comunidad de Madrid and the University of Alabama. Zack holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and Spanish from The University of Alabama and has studied abroad at the University of Havana.
