Shawn Claborn has extensive experience in procurement and meat science, currently serving as Senior Director of Protein Procurement at Inspire Brands since January 2020, following a tenure as Director of Protein Procurement. Prior roles include Director of the Farm Promise Program at Clemens Food Group, Senior National Account Manager at Elanco, and Director of Protein Purchasing at Darden Restaurants, Inc. Shawn has also held positions at JBS Swift & Company, Future Beef LTD, Boar's Head Provisions, Safeway, the National Cattlemen's Beef Association, and United Supermarkets, demonstrating a strong background in protein sourcing and meat industry management. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Meat Science and a Bachelor of Science in Animal Production, both from Texas Tech University.
