Thiago Friedrich is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations, project management, and sales. Currently serving as a S¨®cio and Engagement Leader at Inside since October 2021, Thiago also holds the position of Consultor de Inside Sales. Prior experience includes roles as Squad Leader, Sales Operations, and Sales Development Representative at Clube do Valor from March 2019 to August 2021. Additionally, Thiago was involved with AIESEC in 2016, contributing to the Outgoing Global Community Development team by promoting volunteer opportunities for Brazilian exchange students. Thiago holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul and has pursued further education, including a Professional Master in Sustainability, Entrepreneurship, and Technology from Tomorrow University of Applied Sciences and an SQL Nanodegree Program from Udacity.
