Maude Makkena is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and strategic consulting. Currently serving as a Manager at Deloitte since October 2013, Maude acts as the Board Liaison for the Deloitte USA board of directors, overseeing all aspects of board activities, including meetings and new member onboarding. Previous roles include managing the performance management process at Deloitte and leading change management engagements at Accretive Solutions. Earlier career experiences at Deloitte involved strategic initiatives within finance and process improvement projects.
