Dan Attaway is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in system engineering, analysis, and technical support. Currently serving as a System Engineer at Inserso Corporation since July 2019 and also working as a System Analyst at Apex Systems since April 2019, Dan has a diverse skill set developed through previous roles, including Account Services Engineer at Xerox, where responsibilities included repairing electronic systems and providing support for multifunction devices, and Tech Support Engineer at Softworld, focused on desktop hardware and software. Dan's earlier experience includes serving as a Remote Support Engineer at Nuance Communications and as Operations Manager at Professional Collection Service, where modernization of the IT infrastructure was undertaken. Dan holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems Management from Columbus State University and a degree in Electronics from Columbus Technical College.
