Seva Ustinov is the Founder and CEO of Elly Analytics, a company specialized in creating cross-channel full-funnel marketing dashboards. Ustinov also serves as a Marketing Advisor for MEL Science and holds the position of Chief Ecosystem Officer at ITA Digital Agency, where notable achievements include introducing partnership and self-management while facilitating a 50% year-on-year growth. As a Managing Partner and Co-founder, Ustinov helped build a marketing agency employing 100 professionals and managing a portfolio of over 200 projects, generating annual revenues exceeding $10 million. Ustinov co-led the Startup Leadership Program from September 2021 to June 2023 and previously worked as a Software Engineer at Newtex.
