Lena Janković has work experience in technical support and customer support roles. Lena worked as a Technical Support Specialist at NCR Corporation starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they held the same role at Inovatec Systems from April 2022. Lena also worked as a Technical Support Agent at Moj-eRačun Srbija until April 2022. Lena started their career as a Customer Support Agent at Sitel Group in September 2020, where they worked until October 2021.

Lena Janković pursued their education from 2021 to 2022 at ITAcademy by LINKgroup. During this time, they earned an Associate of Science degree with a focus on PHP.
