Bernhard W. has had a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Bernhard began their career at GLOBAL 2000 as a Nachhaltigkeitsexperte from October 2013 to December 2017. Following that, they worked at FH Campus Wien | University of Applied Sciences as a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter from March 2018 to February 2020, and as a Researcher from March 2020 to December 2020. Bernhard then joined Constantia Flexibles as a Strategic Product Manager Sustainability from January 2021 to December 2021. Bernhard moved on to Sphera, where they worked as a Senior Consultant Sustainability and Life Cycle Assessment from January 2022 to June 2023. Currently, they are the Head of Research at inoqo starting from June 2023.

Bernhard W. completed their Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna (BOKU) from 2006 to 2010. Bernhard then pursued a Master of Science in Environmental and Bioresource Management from the same institution, graduating in 2014. In 2015, they attended the Hochschule für Agrar- und Umweltpädagogik, where they obtained a Bachelor of Education in Agricultural and Environmental Education in 2016. Continuing their academic journey, Bernhard W. enrolled at Technische Universität Wien in 2018, specializing in Technical Chemistry. Bernhard pursued a Doctorate in Natural Sciences and successfully completed their studies in 2020, earning the title of "Doktor der Naturwissenschaften - Dr."
