Tammy Bowen has a diverse range of work experience in the healthcare industry. Tammy began their career in 2002 as the Executive Director of Operations for Edgemedcom Services, where they supervised a large staff and oversaw various aspects of medical billing, administration, and compliance. Tammy then worked at McKesson as an Implementation Consultant, where they traveled across the United States to train and assist clients in implementing Practice Partner. Tammy later joined Parrish Medical Center as a Project Manager/Consultant, leading project teams and achieving cost reductions. Tammy then moved on to Altruis as the Director of RCM Operations, where they focused on revenue cycle performance and client satisfaction. Currently, they are working at Innovista Health Solutions as the Director of Operations for 2 large ACOs, responsible for physician value-based contracts and launching new health system partnerships while overseeing operational teams. Tammy Bowen earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Healthcare from Park University between 2004 and 2007.
