Brent Lancaster has a diverse work experience, starting in 2005 at ESRD, Inc. where they initially worked as an Application and Support Engineer until December 2011. Brent then progressed to the position of Principal Support Engineer in January 2012, where they provided technical support and training to customers, managed the overall customer experience, and expanded products into new markets. Additionally, they currently hold the role of Customer Experience Manager at ESRD, Inc., focusing on managing customer experience, supporting value-added resellers, and overseeing product expansion into new markets. In 2018, Brent joined Revolution in Simulation as a Social Media Marketing Specialist, where they worked until March 2021.

Brent Lancaster attended The Ohio State University from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
