Mike Stearman has a diverse range of work experience. Mike started their career in 2000 at POS Solutions LLC, where they worked as a Technician/Installer and later became the Head Technician/Point of Sale Specialist. In 2006, they joined Baker Installation as a Lead Technician/Supervisor in Training. Mike then worked at Signal Extraprise Corporation as a Project Manager/Professional Services from 2006 to 2008 and later became the VP of Operations at Signal Extraprise from 2006 to 2011. In 2011, they joined FinScan® as a Sr. Manager of Operations, and also worked at Innovative Systems, Inc. in various roles such as Manager of Hosted Services, Sr. Manager of Operations, and currently serves as the Vice President of Global Operations.

Mike Stearman attended Bethany College from 1996 to 2000 and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, earning the distinction of Cum Laude. In addition to their degree, Mike obtained two certifications from Microsoft. In June 2013, they became a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCPS), and in August 2015, they attained the MCSA: SQL Server 2012 certification.
