Rajadurai Balasubramanian has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Rajadurai is currently the Co-Founder of Redant Labs Private Limited since March 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Technology Architect at Innovation First International, Inc. starting from January 2020.

Before their current roles, Rajadurai held the position of Chief Technology Architect at VEX Robotics from November 2015 to December 2019. Rajadurai also served as the Technology Architect for Robot Virtual Worlds at Robomatter from June 2012 to November 2015.

Rajadurai gained valuable experience as a Student Project at Microsoft Kinect Fun Labs in January 2012 till May 2012. Rajadurai also worked as an Analyst at Bank of America from January 2008 to September 2011.

Starting their career, Rajadurai worked as a Software Engineer at Aricent from June 2006 to January 2008, and prior to that, they were a Software Engineer at CareVoyant, Inc. from June 2005 to June 2006.

Rajadurai Balasubramanian completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Information Technology from the College of Engineering, Guindy, from 2001 to 2005. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Graphics/Entertainment Technology at Carnegie Mellon University from 2011 to 2013.
