Ignacio Rohr Bonilla has an extensive work experience history. Ignacio began their career in 2003 as a Customer Service Representative at Congresos y Reuniones, where they worked until 2010. In 2004, they briefly worked as a Logistics Analyst at Milanco SA. From 2006 to 2010, Ignacio served as a Sales Executive at DoubleStar Logistics. In 2010, they co-founded INNOVANT and became the CEO. Additionally, they worked at Grupo Ras as an Assistant Manager from 2010 to 2012. In 2014, Ignacio joined Boombotix as a Sales Manager.

Ignacio Rohr Bonilla's education history includes several academic pursuits. In 1992 to 2006, they attended The British Schools of Montevideo where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering. From 2007 to 2013, they studied at Universidad ORT Uruguay and earned a degree in Systems Engineering, with a focus on Computer Science. In 2017 to 2018, Ignacio pursued a degree in Big Data Analysis from Universidad ORT Uruguay. Additionally, in 2020, they completed a Scrum Master certification course called Scrum 101, specializing in Computer Software Engineering.
