Keith Gausmann is an experienced engineering professional with a focus on product development and mechanical design. Currently serving as a Partner at Blur Product Development since May 2015, Gausmann has contributed to innovative solutions for complex problems in various industries. Prior to this role, Gausmann was a Senior R&D Engineer at TearScience, Inc. from August 2006 to May 2015, where expertise was applied to the development of ophthalmic devices for treating Meibomian Gland Dysfunction. Earlier experience includes positions as Product Development Manager at New Product Innovations and Mechanical Engineer roles at M3 Design and Fitch, collaborating with notable clients such as Procter & Gamble and Dell. Gausmann holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University, completed in 1997.
