Shail Bala Gupta is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product strategy and business operations. Currently serving as the Head of Product Strategy & Business Operations at Innovaccer since July 2021, Shail specializes in operational strategy and performance enhancements through innovative process improvements and automation. Previous roles include Senior Business Program Manager at AVIZVA, Senior Program Manager at Expedien India Pvt. Ltd., and Senior Product Manager at Bharti Airtel, among others.
