Karthika Anand is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in corporate and employer branding, strategic marketing, and communications. Currently serving as Manager of Corporate and Employer Brand at InMobi since November 2024, Karthika previously held multiple roles at Locus from May 2021 to October 2024, including Chief of Staff for Marketing, overseeing strategy and execution for diverse marketing initiatives. Notable past experience includes serving as Growth Marketing Specialist at TapChief, where Karthika focused on social media and event marketing, and as a Marketing Consultant for various projects. Karthika's earlier roles include Growth Marketing at Wooplr, contributing to content creation and influencer marketing, as well as internships with The Printers Mysore and Ogilvy & Mather. Karthika holds a PG Diploma in Digital Marketing & Communications from MICA and a BA in Journalism (Honors) from Christ University, Bangalore.
