Grace Mendes started their work experience as an Escrituraria-caixa at Banco Santander Brasil from December 2005 to October 2010. Grace then worked as an Analista de Teste Júnior at T&M Testes de Software from March 2011 to June 2012. Grace was responsible for developing tests based on requirements, creating test cases and scenarios, executing tests, identifying defects, and validating functionalities.

From June 2012 to December 2016, Grace worked as an Analista de Testes at Accentive Mimética | Accor Services. Grace was involved in elaborating test cases, executing tests in web and mobile platforms, creating test data, identifying and tracking defects, and participating in meetings for business rule definition.

From March 2017 to August 2020, Grace worked at QARTI as an Analista de Teste Sênior. Grace'sresponsibilities included test case development, execution of tests in various systems, creation of test data, defect identification and management, and generation of status reports. Grace also had experience in automated testing using Selenium with C# and Cucumber.

Currently, Grace is working as a Sr Software Test Engineer at Inmetrics starting from August 2020. No end date is provided for this role.

Grace Mendes has a diverse educational background. In 1991, they attended Colégio 08 de Maio where they completed their primary and secondary education. From 2004 to 2007, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Centro Universitário Adventista de São Paulo. Following that, in 2013 and 2014, they enrolled in Centro Universitário UNIEURO – Brasília where they completed an MBA in Software Testing. More recently, in 2022 and 2023, Grace attended Conquer Business School and obtained a Postgraduate degree in Project Management. Additionally, they obtained three certifications: "Fundamentos do Scrum" from LinkedIn in November 2019, "Curso de Extensão Produtividade, Gestão do Tempo e Propósito" from PUC-RS in August 2019, and "Analista de Teste (ATC-NF)" from IBQTS in December 2012.
