Patrick Shainin is an experienced software developer and business leader, currently serving as a Senior Software Developer at Inmarsat since September 2021. As the President of Lifting Sea since July 2010, Patrick oversees software development services and leverages extensive experience in global Fortune 500 consulting, particularly in engineering and manufacturing across the Aerospace, Electronics, and Automotive sectors. Previously, Patrick held the position of Vice President and Partner at Shainin from August 1994 to September 2012, focusing on technical problem solving and training in manufacturing and engineering processes. Earlier experience includes a role as a Software Developer at Sunhawk from 1998 to 2001. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Electrical Engineering and Music from Stanford University, where studies were completed from 1989 to 1993, after attending Whitman College in 1988-1989.
