Brigitte Floyd is an experienced Client Manager at Inkblot Therapy, having started in March 2022, following a successful tenure at LifeWorks from May 2014 to March 2022 as a Customer Success Manager. At LifeWorks, Brigitte oversaw a specific book of business for large and mid-sized Alliance Partnerships, focusing on growth and long-term client relationships while negotiating contracts for Employee Assistance and Support Programs. Earlier in Brigitte's career, the role of Client Care Representative involved conducting professional assessments in a 24-hour call center, addressing a range of emotional well-being issues, and referring clients to appropriate services. Brigitte holds an Honours Bachelor with Specialization in Social Services and a Minor in Psychology from the University of Ottawa, as well as completion of the Social Work Technician program with Honours from Collège La Cité.
