Liang Shi, CFA, FRM, currently serves as the Head of Finance for ING Austria and previously held the position of CFO for ING Bank China, overseeing finance and tax functions in Shanghai and Beijing. With extensive experience in financial consulting, Liang Shi has also held managerial roles at Accenture, focusing on financial risk, and at PwC, specializing in financial instruments valuation and risk management. Earlier career contributions include portfolio management at NIBC Bank, where responsibility encompassed managing an 11 billion mortgage portfolio. Liang Shi holds a Master of Science in Finance from Tilburg University and a Master of Science in Financial Engineering from the University of Twente, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Statistics from the University of Science and Technology of China.
