Dan Fluharty currently serves as President of Huntington Asset Finance at Huntington National Bank, a position held since May 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing bank channel operations and specialized finance initiatives. Fluharty is a member of the Commercial Banking Segment Strategy and Planning Committee and plays a key role in the Equipment Finance Group's senior leadership. Previous roles include Senior Vice President at AIG Commercial Asset Finance, where Fluharty contributed to establishing a new Commercial Equipment Finance group, and Senior Vice President at Transamerica, with full profit and loss responsibility for public finance operations. Fluharty's career began at ITT Capital Finance as Senior Credit Manager. Fluharty holds a degree in Business Management from Kent State University.
