Ruturaj Kadikar has been working in the field of software engineering since 2019. Prior to that, they were a Senior Research Associate and Research Associate at SRM Institute of Science and Technology from 2016 to 2019. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as a Lecturer at St. John College of Engineering and Technology. Before that, they were a Technical Apprentice at Doordarshan Kendra from 2010 to 2013, where they gained knowledge of actual real-time Satellite Communications through the means of Sahyadri Channel.

Ruturaj Kadikar obtained a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Communication Systems from S R M University between 2014 and 2016. Ruturaj obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics and Telecommunication from K. J. Somaiya Institute Of Engineering and Information Technology. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunication from Vidyalankar Institute Of Technology. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications from LinkedIn and Linux Academy, as well as a Cisco Certified Network Associate from Cisco and a PLC Programming and Applications certification from Advanced Training Institute.
