Lauren Pindar is an experienced professional in human capital and workforce transformation. Currently serving as an Associate at InfraBridge since October 2023, Lauren previously held several roles at Mercer from September 2016 to September 2023, including Manager of Workforce Transformation, where leadership was provided for comprehensive initiatives in talent management and strategic projects across multinational organizations. Lauren’s earlier experiences at Mercer included positions as Workforce Transformation Associate Consultant, Senior Analyst in Leadership & Workforce Transformation, and Analyst in Career. Initial career steps included an internship as a Talent Analyst at Mercer and a summer placement as a Banking Administrator at Wesleyan. Lauren holds a Master of Science in Work Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both from Loughborough University.
