Kristine Pollock has over 30 years of work experience in human resources. Kristine is currently the Human Resources Director at ILG (International Logistics Group Ltd), a position they have held since February 2024. Prior to this, they were the Head of Human Resources at ILG from January 2023 to February 2024.

Before joining ILG, Kristine worked as the HR Digital Director at Eurovia UK Ltd & Vinci Construction UK Limited from January 2022 to January 2023. Kristine also served as the Group People Director at Eurovia UK Ltd from August 2019 to February 2022, where they were responsible for driving people-related change and managing a large workforce across multiple legal entities.

Kristine started their career as an HR Officer at Mark One (Oxford St) plc in 1990 and subsequently held various HR roles at Vizards and The Hanover Park Group. Kristine holds a Master's degree in Arts and Science and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD).

Kristine Pollock holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in People & Organizational Development from Roffey Park, completed between 2020 and 2022. In 2006, they obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Strategic Human Resources from Liverpool John Moores University. Prior to that, from 1981 to 1984, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA Hons) degree in Law & French from Bournemouth University. Kristine Pollock also holds a certification with FCIPD from the CIPD institution.
