Wael Okasha is a seasoned professional in digital transformation and customer support with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Digital Transformation Manager and Solutions Architect at INFOSYSTA since March 2019, Wael previously held positions at Infosysta, RDI Programme - EU, and Oracle, where significant contributions included leading customer support teams and managing service delivery. Wael's earlier career involved consulting in IT infrastructure and implementing innovative solutions for educational and healthcare sectors. An accomplished educator, Wael has also instructed in Oracle technologies. Wael holds a Master's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Middlesex University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Cairo University.
