Kara Allen is a skilled Digital Learning Administrator currently employed at Informa Tech, where responsibilities include managing the learning experience for over 4,000 students annually and moderating a learning management system (Docebo). Previously, Kara held the position of Seasonal Training Coordinator at Fanatics, Inc., directing the Learning Ambassador program and developing numerous Standard Operating Procedures for warehouse workflows. As a Paraeducator at Harford County Public Schools, Kara effectively taught lessons that significantly reduced the need for student interventions and conducted assessments for hundreds of students. Earlier experience also includes working as a Sales Associate at Ross Stores, Inc. and serving as a Human Resources Intern for the City of Aberdeen, MD. Kara holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Towson University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Psychology from Harford Community College.
