Kristin Graves is a seasoned professional with a strong background in client success and account management. Currently serving as a Client Success Manager at Infosec since July 2021, Kristin previously held roles as an Account Executive at SpotOn and as an SMB Account Executive at both Zendesk and Infosec. Prior experience includes positions in inbound chat sales at SPi CRM and store management at Windsor Fashions and Charlotte Russe. Kristin completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Illinois State University and an Associate's degree in Business and Graphic Design from Illinois Central College.
