Nirmal G. currently serves as the Client Partner Team Lead for Infor, focusing on the global professional services team for Australia and New Zealand since July 2023. Prior to this, Nirmal held the position of Principal Success Manager for the Public Sector at Salesforce, overseeing solutions for New Zealand's Central Government from January 2021 to June 2023. Nirmal's extensive experience at Oracle spanned from March 2007 to September 2020, including roles as a Senior SaaS Customer Success Manager for ERP, EPM, and HCM, as well as various sales roles in Customer Experience, Technology, Middleware, and Services across New Zealand and Fiji. Earlier career experience includes serving as a B2B Account Manager at Experian and as a Financial Service Advisor at NatWest. Nirmal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Multimedia Technology & Design from the University of Kent.
