Sofie Hedin is a seasoned management consultant with extensive experience in business transformation and strategy. Currently serving as a Management Consultant and Co-Lead of the Make Change Area at Influence AB since January 2024, Sofie previously held several leadership roles at Mentimeter, including Director of Business Development and Product Director. From August 2014 to June 2020, Sofie worked at Acando as a Senior Manager, providing consultancy in Digital Strategy and Transformation. Early career experiences include roles at Coop Inköp och Kategori as an Analyst and Connecta AB as a Consultant, working on ERP implementations and supply chain management across various industries. Sofie began professional work as a Front Desk Manager at Hotel Esplanade while studying and holds a Master of Science in Mechatronics from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, as well as a Master's in Industrial Engineering and Management from Universitat Politècnica de València.
