Shauna Weber is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various prominent firms. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Ascent Leadership Networks, LLC since January 2024, Shauna has previously held the position of Vice President, Talent at The Brattle Group from July 2021 to November 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing global human resources and participating in the firm's Management Committee. Previously, Shauna was the Director of Human Resources at RSM US LLP from October 2018 to July 2021, overseeing HR for the Northeast region. Prior roles also include Managing Director of Human Resources at FTI Consulting and Manager of Operations & Human Resources at Compass Lexecon. Shauna holds a Bachelor's degree in English and Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
