Agnes Pereira is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and technical support roles within the technology sector. Currently serving as Chief Customer Officer at Infibeam since December 2022, Agnes has previously held the position of Head of Technical Support and Merchant Services at Infibeam Avenues Limited from April 2019 to December 2022. Prior to this, Agnes led customer care efforts at Avenues India Pvt Ltd for over a decade, with earlier experience as a Technical Support Executive at American Express Payment Gateway and in various technical roles at other organizations. Agnes holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from PREC, completed in 2000.
